A fifteen-minute drive on the main route will take you straight from historic downtown Beaufort to this secluded, charming cottage nestled in the woods. The decor is rustic and refined with modern touches and roughly 1,350 square feet. Inside, you can expect local art, luxury linens, and a substantially equipped kitchen.

A short walk leads you to a wooded path and kayak launch with a dock on Clubfoot Creek (Kayaks are available by request). We love walking to the dock with a cozy beverage in the brisk morning or twilight! You might even try your hand at crabbing or fishing.

If traveling with friends or extended family, take a peek at the neighboring property, The Field House, a bit bigger at around 2600 square feet and oh so wonderful!

Travel a few miles down the road to a ferry that takes you to the charming sailing capital of North Carolina — Oriental. In fifteen minutes, you can be in Beaufort, shopping, dining, or hopping on a ferry to Shackleford Banks or Cape Lookout! A few more minutes, and you’re in Atlantic Beach. The cottage feels out of the way, but in reality, you’re close to it all! And you’ll love coming home after a day of exploring the Crystal Coast to enjoy a more unique side of coastal living.

In this 2 bed/2 bath designer cottage, guests are immersed in a beautiful, wooded landscape that feels far away from the action... but is actually in the middle of it all! Adventure is around the corner. From your front door, you are literally steps away from Clubfoot Creek and a wonderful afternoon of kayaking or fishing from the dock. Travel a few miles down the road, and you’re on a ferry that takes you across the Neuse River to Oriental (The charming sailing capital of NC); a 15-minute drive gets you to the exciting and historic town of Beaufort (full of boutique shopping, island charters, and fantastic restaurants); a few miles more, and you’ll find yourself in Atlantic Beach! That only brushes the surface of what you can explore from the launch pad that is Marsh Harbor Cottage but if you don’t want to leave the cottage, we’d totally understand! With luxurious, crisp linens, designer-curated furniture, local art, and a fully equipped kitchen… you’ll love coming home after a day of exploring the Crystal Coast and enjoy a more secluded and unique side of coastal living.
