"Must stay here! We will be staying at VOYA for every Havana or Cuban getaway. This hotel is like no other. From the very moment we arrived, the check in experience was smooth and were greeted with the staple drink. (Allow VOYA to Arrange the airport pickup, very worth the extra fee and hassle free). "Great property located in a neighborhood about 20 minutes from downtown. The staff are all amazing. Across the street is one of the best restaurants and three blocks down is another nice restaurant. This is a 100 yr old bldg. If you are thinking American hotel amenities, not that kind of place. This is old world charm with 12 ft doors and 20 ft ceilings on every floor. "The property was a taxi ride from the main area of Havana but taxis were organised very easily. the rooms and en suite bathrooms were large and the bed very comfortable. shower a bit temperamental but it didn't matter. The house was full of old and interesting artefacts and the main guy spoke really good English and was very helpful. breakfast seemed to be whenever we wanted it and was basically anything we wanted. Very good coffee! Our stay was overall excellent"
