"The house was very spacious with comfortable seating for a group. Huge selection of board games for evening entertainment. Was a perfect central location to visit some of Arkansas’ beautiful state parks. Kayaks and fishing dock were an extra bonus. Cookware options were limited so if you’re cooking for more than a couple, I would suggest to bring your own. House was very clean and beds were comfortable. The owners provided lots of staple items needed during the stay which is rare and very much appreciated. If we are ever back in that area, I would definitely book again! "

"If you LOVE sunrises, THIS is your place. I could show pictures, but it just doesn't do it justice. You MUST see it in person. The house was neat, up to date and perfect for my group. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 downstairs (one with a queen, the other with two queens...), the upstairs were several beds laid out in with feel of a barracks or open dormitory (without all the negative connotations). We were in town for a youth conference and will definitely be booking in the future. "
