"Close to the train station. They charge a "resort" fee which is ridiculous because it is nowhere near being a resort. Old building, so lots of dangerous edges to drop off if you are a senior. The personnel were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was good."

"Hotel had nice upgrades to common space w/ indoor pool/spa and sauna. Breakfast area was nice, but we didn't have breakfast any of the mornings. Rooms are tiny, but apparently standard for France. Hotel is in a weird industrial area, but quiet. Eery at night, but seemingly safe and totally fine. Sleepy town. "

"A well-managed property, centrally located, with excellent staff. The ease of parking was especially appreciated. The room was well-designed and maintained. The attractions of central Pau are within easy walking distance. The only downside was the fitness room only opened at noon. "

"A large clean air conditioned room, access by lift with very helpful staff. The decoration was a little tired but acceptable and a good historic building. Parking in the public car park was not ideal. Limited evening meal menu but good breakfast. "

"Bonjour. Vous mettez en avant la proprete, elle est exemplaire. Vos collaborat-eur-rice-s devraient animer des formations pour faire profiter d autres sur le sujet. Dans le meme registre : la presentation dans la chambre est bien coquette. Enfin l accueil a la reception est egalement un modele. Bon courage et bonne reception. "

"This is a great hotel if you are travelling to or from Spain as it is in a quiet area with easy access to the main route. The hotel is very comfortable with spacious rooms with tea/coffee making facilities and large beds. Bathrooms have bath as well as shower and excellent hot water and also complimentary toiletries and hairdryer. Breakfast was very good and the room was very pleasant. "Je trouve que le niveau baisse quand une chaîne hôtelière a racheté un bâtiment existant. Ce n'est pas la même chose qu'une nouvelle construction. Petite pièce, murs gris, mauvais éclairage, difficile de travailler. Je ne sais pas si je reviendrai ici."

"Vacances extraordinaires dans une superbe maison ! L’annonce était moins bien que la maison « en vrai » !!! Un accueil plus que chaleureux des propriétaires qui nous avaient prevu une dégustation de produits regionaux. On sent que les propriétaires ont le souci du bien être de leurs locataires. "The property was spacious and the kitchen very well equipped with new, high spec appliances and loads of pots, pans, gadgets and crockery. Living and dining area was good for up to 8 adults max. Bedrooms in the basement were adequate but poorly ventilated with no windows. Location in village was great with stunning views from parking area which doubled as terrace and eating area shared with 2 other properties so outdoor eating wasn't very practical and so very disappointing for a summer holiday....
