The amenities at Hale Kahakai aim to bring comfort, convenience and include: an in-house washer/dryer, ceiling fans in all living spaces, flatscreen TV, free Wi-Fi, large sectional couch for gathering, table & chairs for dining, and a fully stocked kitchen equipped for preparing meals (stove/oven, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, plates, bowls, utensils, pots and pans). Outside amenities include a large backyard for playing with family & friends, covered deck with chairs for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful ocean views, and a large grill for BBQing.

No Smoking: If any signs of smoking in or around property are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00 fine and immediate eviction

Supplies: Each property is equipped with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and trash bag. If you run out, you will need to replenish these products at your own expense.

Pet Policy: This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.
