The Space:
This is an oceanfront condo with spectacular beach, ocean and sunrise views! Accessible by two elevators. The condo has an in-unit washer/dryer for taking care of your family's needs during your stay. There is also a beachside gym, pool and bbq area.
Guests will have access to the entire condo, beach, and gym. There is reserved parking for 1 car and more parking along the road.
There should be plenty of dish soap, laundry soap, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, paper towels and toilet paper for your stay. We want you to have a premium and hassle-free family bonding experience at the condo, so if there is anything you need or any questions, please contact me.
IMPORTANT: There is some construction going on at the building (Pat's at Punalu'u). Please plan on some unsightly construction scaffolding and signs as well as possible loud construction noise Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM (No construction happens on the weekends).
Because we' re sensitive to these potential impacts on your experience, we have already discounted all listed nightly rates through 2024 by 20%. If you decide to cancel your stay because of the possible impact from construction, we will offer a full refund to you if you cancel within 24 hours of making your reservation.

30-DAY LEGAL RENTAL PROPERTY:
Please book your Check-in Day close to the previous check-out day in order to avoid booking gaps. There is a 60% 30-day long-term discount. And NO CLEANING FEE OR ANY OTHER FEES. This beachfront condo used to rent for $600 per night before switched exclusively to ONLY monthly rentals in order to comply with Hawaii's STRICT 30-day minimum stay rental law. You can decide to stay for less than 30 days, but a reservation for this legal rental has to be made for 30 days or more, and the reservation will not be prorated on a daily basis.
Guest Access:
As my guests, you will have complete access to the entire condo, private lanai (balcony), beachside gym and pool, beachside picnic area and bbq, lawn chairs and the beach. Access to your condo is by two secured elevators. There is free parking for 1 car in a designated stall with additional parking available on the street.
The Neighborhood:
Ocean Front Right on the Beach! The Beach is protected by a reef a ways out so it's perfect for snorkeling without the bigger waves. Beaches with big waves are nearby! Shrimp Truck, Thai Food Truck, Burger Food Truck, Vietnamese Pho Food Truck, Hawaiian Ice stand and convenience store with local food counter half block away across the street! Less than 5 miles to the Polynesian Cultural Center, Hawaii’s #1 paid attraction, draws millions of visitors annually with their world-class entertainment, learning, shows, and luaus. There is a Longs drugstore and two grocery stores in the area. Five minutes away, Laie Beach Park has great year round larger waves for body surfing. Turtle Bay Resort Golf Courses/Restaurants and World Famous North Shore Surfing Beaches a short drive away.
If it's winter, along the North Shore you'll be treated to 30 to 40-foot tall waves and some of the world's best surfers. You'll also find Waimea Bay and the beautiful Waimea Falls Park with its sacred sites, waterfall and wonderful hula dancers. Or drive a few more miles to the quaint town of Haleiwa and its many art galleries, boutiques and restaurants.
There is also horseback riding nearby and of course, the beach and the ocean - right outside your door!
Getting Around:
Guest have a private parking space not far from the elevators. There is also a bus stop just steps away that will take you around the island and directly to all of the most popular, world-famous beaches.
