Balcony + sheltered terrace + land (above ground pool). Total floor area: 120 m² attic parts included. Traditional renovated 18th century farmhouse located 800m from the slopes. In the heart of a superb typical south-facing village. Quiet area. Very good comfort. Warm mountain character. Pleasant garden with covered terrace (above ground pool). Small landscaped ground 50m away (boules, badminton). Superb panoramic view of the valley and the massif.
