"The hotel is OK for the price, basic but in a pretty setting. However, it stated on the booking confirmation guests could call for check in after 6pm. Having called multiple times and never got a reply I got to the hotel at 10pm not knowing if I’d be able to check in or if I would have to find a last minute alternative. As it turns out there is a keysafe and mobile number that can be reached, but it would have been great to know this before getting to the hotel. Hotels.com customer service were...

"Excellent value for money. Property is quite new and fresh and looked very clean. Check in is all online and the process was simple. The property says it is easy to request towels or any other help easily 24/7 but I could not work out how to do this. The app process did not work for me. Apart from this, I enjoyed my stay and found the location excellent for transport connections and tourism during my visit."
