"Appartamento ben arredato e completo di tutto. Asciugamani e lenzuola forniti. Parcheggio gratuito davanti a casa. Molto comodo è risultato un piccolo locale separato dove riporre valigie, attrezzatura da montagna, passeggino ecc. Daniela gentilissima, presente, ma discreta. Sarete vicinissimi alla partenza di numerose escursioni senza dover utilizzare la macchina. "Met by the owner when we arrived, we had a slight language problem but that was easily remedied. The flat is on the top floor of the house and is really nice and has everything you could want, would we stop again, definitely, the place is perfect really."

"We arrived at the assigned key handover point about a half hour late. By that time, they had left instructions to obtain the keys. The process was smooth. Due, in part, to some sort of reading comprehension problem on my part and some pretty obstructive construction going on next to the building, it took a while to find our designated parking spot. We were unaware of the additional tax due on arrival, but it wasn’t onerous and they were gracious while we sorted all that out. Since we had a...

There was a cable laying on the floor for the tv but we couldn’t find where to connect it and I tried to contact the property manager and got no response regarding this issue"

"We have stayed at this hotel several times over the years and we keep returning because of the ease in booking, friendly, helpful staff, cleanliness of rooms and common areas and the wide variety of items on the breakfast buffet. It's central location makes the Rheinischer Hof the ideal hotel base for all of our tours and activities Can't wait to go back!"

"This hotel was perfect. I have absolutely nothing negative to say at all. It was so clean with housekeeping everyday. The room was spacious and had plenty of places to put my coat, shoes and suitcases. Super quiet and located in a courtyard away from the noisy main area, but it was right in the middle of Old Town and walkable to everything you would want to see. Staff was great and super friendly. I would totally stay here again next time I am in Innsbruck. "

"We came for the Christmas Markets. It was in a perfect location. Steps from The Golden Roof, shopping and in the middle of the market action. The staff was wonderful and helpful. The rooms were modern, fun and clean with some cool features like a sitting swing. Breakfast was also great with lots of options. The view when you walk out the front doors is stunning with the homes and alps greeting you. "

"If you like to hike, this is the place to be! It's a less than 10-minute walk to the Olympic Stadium and Gorge. There is a fabulous little cafe within the stadium and ski lifts. We dined at the restaurant in the hotel the first evening. It was rather expensive for 2 adults/3 kids, however, the buffet selection was AMAZING! We will definitely stay again!"
