"Very well located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to the OEZ shopping mall & metro station. BMW museum also close by. Room was very spacious and well equipped. Room service is on demand for a small fee. Towels and toiletries can be availed from common areas but one often times they are quickly gone! "The room was so small for 3 people. Hotel seems to be squeezed two beds in a tiny room. I think it is over priced hotel for the service. There is no one to welcome you . You get a code for doors and make your way in. I was not sure who I would call if I needed help or cleaning etc.."

"My 3 nights were great, very comfortable and clean! The staff were fantastic and helpful! Breakfast quality was good and tasty. My only issue was my automatic blackout curtain wasn’t working, I called the front desk and they sent a tech out to fix it immediately. Not their fault, these things happen and need to be reset. I will be back when in area again. "

Lovely stay

"Great hotel. Staff were friendly, room modern, large and clean. Food, service and ambience in the restaurant also great. Only disappointment was the city. I was hoping for a bit more life and places to visit. But it was a Sunday so maybe lots of places were shut."

I had an excellent stay at Rugs Hotel Augsburg

"I had an excellent stay at Rugs Hotel Augsburg. Due to a convention going on in Munich, and drastically upcharged hotel rooms, I decided to stay in Augsburg and commute to Munich by train on the days I wanted. The train was only 30 minutes from Augsburg to Munich. The Rugs Hotel is located right next to Augsburg HBF so it was easy to hop on and off of the train and walk to the hotel. The place was clean, quiet and comfortable. Absolutely no complaints."
