"Very close to the airport "

"It was a really pleasant experience. However, the parking garage is so tight, it was a bit difficult to enter or go out if there’s another vehicle coming from the opposite way. We weren’t able to connect to the tv with youtube or netflix just because we use Iphone and its a common complaint from iphone users but the staff was super friendly and tried to help us as much as they can! Cleaning was amazing, food was awesome, front desk was available all the time whenever you need. Would I go back?...

"Stayed here for only 1 night. Bed was comfortable, water pressure in the shower was very good, breakfast buffet was the typical one, in room coffee excellent (nespresso). Staff very friendly. Check in excellent. However. We asked if we were separated from the visiting hockey players, they said we were, but some of the kids were in a room above us (we were on ground floor close to reception). We wanted to go to the pool but there were many loud kids in there. It would be great if there was 1 hour...

"Stayed here while participating in the Evergreen Festival in Dec 2024. The location was just up the hill from the main festivities. It is a very central location close to many amenities, restaurants, bars and groceries. The hotel is currently doing some major renos in the lobby, so it did take a little from the experience, but this is only temporary. The rooms were spacious, clean and quiet. The staff were friendly but not overly informed about the Evergreen Festival which was surprising as...

"Birthday getaway. We’ve stayed at The Hollis multiple times and really enjoy the hotel. We returned Friday evening and asked the lobby for one steak knife or sharper then a butter knife and we’re told no . Not a problem, we went up to the room and after an hour we realized that the room temperature did not change no matter what setting we tried. The room was very warm. Also the hotel water on the 7th floor was very cloudy. Both taps produced the same, can’t see through the glass haze. There...
