Perfect place to spend a vacation. Home was clean and cared for. Everything you need in an up-to-date kitchen. Owners made an effort to make sure your stay will be comfortable and enjoyable. We will be back!
This is a great little cabin located in an RV park, which has lots of amenities, such as a clubhouse, dog park and more. The cabin itself had everything we needed, including a kitchenette, which is just great. It is a little far from 89, about 10-15 minutes, but it was just fine for what we were doing.
Love the Hatch area and this was a perfect location to be among the trees with views of the cliffs. We were able to watch the thunderstorms roll by during the day and see the Milky Way at night. The dog park was perfect for our dog. We will be back!!
Great location near everything but outside the busy areas. Loved the on-site dog park. Large efficiency style room with kitchenette that had all the essentials. Wifi, large screen TV, roku for streaming. Cafe in nearby Hatch is open 7 days a week May to Oct so easy to grab breakfast on our way to the parks and dinner on our way back.
Many things were not cleaned, we bought paper plates and plasticware to eat with, listing was not accurate, very poor communications, Family Time Vacation Rentals is doing a poor job with this property. We deserve a partial refund 40%. We are very unhappy with Family Time!
A great little off the main road but nicely located small rental property. Nice location for visiting Bryce Canyon and Zion National Parks along with many other state parks and forests in the area. Nice and quiet, scenic, and lots of wildlife. A great place to stay if you have a dog traveling with you. Has a very nice dog park right in your backyard. The rental was adequately sized for the two of us and our dog. Had everything we needed. Kitchen is small but we managed to cook several meals. Nice patio/deck with a grill. Road coming in is gravel. We had no problems with our sedan. Could possibly be an issue with high rainfall. Property manager is great. We had a great vacation here. We would come again.
The area was secluded and very quiet we had everything we needed except groceries and personal necessities. Overall we enjoyed the peace and what you do not get in a city
This location is about a 30 minute drive to the nearest small town. We did not expect this (Maybe I didn't read the details enough)? Usually RV parks are not far off main roads. We thought we were going on a wild goose chase when we went down a 4 mile blacktop road, then another 4 miles down a gravel road to find the place. BUT, we saw so much wildlife on our drives to/from town. It is located in beautiful country!! BEWARE -- it's not easy to find with limited service. PRINT OUT and have the directions on hand, as well as the phone number to call if you get lost.
We had a fabulous stay. I would recommend this location if you like privacy and great views.
The Property Manager was great and the property was clean and had all the items needed for a great stay. It included extra blankets, towels, and dishes needed. The view was great and adventures just around the corner. Great visit!!!
Nice property and location. Could use screen doors to allow breeze in and keep bugs out. A shelf or somewhere to put toiletries would be nice in bathroom. Oddly, not s single drinking glass and only 3 cups in kitchen.
Tim and Lori and Mr. Bill were so friendly and welcomed us showed us around and made sure we were familiar with all the amenities on the property. I've camped for many years and I would highly recommend this to everyone who travels. Thank you so much for everything. Stay safe and God bless. Caroline Brown
