Not all the staff speak English, but so far, I did manage to communicate with the night shift attendant, at the day shift attendant was easy, he was fluid in English. "There had been an earthquake in 2023 and the area around the hotel had been destroyed. Many historical sites destroyed too so we left after two days. Who ever built the hotel and the Hotel Museum built them to sustain earthquakes."
