As you open the door to the studio apartment you are met with the kitchenette, there is a small area with 2 hobs to cook on (please note there is not a convection oven within the apartment). As you continue on into the property there is a bathroom to your right which has a narrow doorway, inside there is a wet room shower, toilet and sink. At the end of the short hallway is the bedroom/ living room with a tv and hanging storage for your clothes. Across the communal hallway from the apartment door is a small cloakroom with a washing machine and some hanging space for coats. This cloakroom is for the use of guests only.

Guests will receive all access codes and instructions 48 hours before there arrival.

All of our stays are self check in, however we will send all guests our contact details should they need us during their stay.

Located just minutes from the heart of Hastings, this property offers endless options for exploration. Enjoy a leisurely stroll into town where you can take your pick between cafes, restaurants, an array of shops and activities - perfect for an exciting day out! Further still lies Hastings beach; soak up those rays and relax in stunning natural surroundings before heading towards the Old Town which boasts historic charm with traditional fish and chip spots as well as cosy pubs and boutique shops. A few minutes walk from Hastings Old Town, about a 15 minute walk into St Leonards.

There is a car park at Wellington Square but we would recommend parking at Castle Hill Rd, Hastings TN34 3RD.
Hastings Train station is the closest station from the property is an approximately 7 Minute Walk.

Please be aware this is a studio apartment and the kitchenette area is equipped with a 2 ring hob, microwave, kettle and toaster.
