"This property was perfect for our ladies weekend getaway in Port Hope. Immaculate and tastefully decorated with lots of room inside and out for the seven of us. We enjoyed being able to walk to the waterfront trail and enjoy the beach. We plan to rent again and would highly recommend this gem."

"Beautiful home, love the chalet style decoration with lots of space for everyone to be together comfortably. We were 8 adults celebrating a birthday, just wanting to chill out and swim, it was perfect for us. The kitchen was well appointed, love the espresso machine, the fridge with the bottle chilling drawer and the pantry loaded with condiemnts, etc. The beds were suer comfy and the stereo system with the turntable was a real plus. Best part is the lower deck overlooking the dock and the lake....

We were met for a tour of their amazing property and they showed us how to access all of the games and amenities available. The space was beautiful, clean and very spacious. "We had everything we needed for a relaxing stay, with every comfort of home. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had plates, cutlery and the kitchenware for preparing and sharing lovely meals, with a beautiful, expansive view of the tree-lined property. "Looking for a place to stay for a Xmas visit with my children whom I rarely get to see due to work travel etc, I found this location online, saw it was available right before Christmas, and booked/paid for one night. This was on a Saturday, with checkin on the Monday. I reach out to the owner on the Sunday to ask about early check in, only to be told that he was very sorry but there is no availability, which I presumed meant no availability for early check in. Show up Monday and ask for details...

"We had a lovely time at this cottage. It was very clean, all the kitchen things you need are provided, and it's right on the lake. The decks and dock were great spots to spend a weekend, and the bbq came in handy. It's close to a town too if you forget anything. Some downsides to note: There was a large tv, but unfortunately the wifi didn't really work, so keep that in mind if that's an important part of your stay.
