"I've been to a few inexpensive motels, hotels and inns but this one might be the best one yet. It's cheap, it had all the basics I needed, everything worked, the wifi was fast, everything was clean, very quiet, the staff was very polite and helpful, and privacy wasn't an issue at all. I really can't think of anything negative to say. A lot of places you see advertised offer a lot less while charging a lot more. If you don't need anything fancy then this place is perfect. "

"Place is foul. Looks like a good place to get murdered. Resembles a crime scene. Staff is horrific with regards to guest services. We had no choice to book here due to a shortages of rooms in the Hartford area. We left and slept in our car at the airport. "

"I really enjoyed my stay at Spring Hill Suites by Marriott Hartford Cromwell. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, with everything I needed to feel at home. The staff was friendly and helpful, always making sure I was taken care of. The breakfast had a nice variety, and it was great to have access to the fitness center. The location was super convenient, close to restaurants and easy to get around. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’d definitely stay here again."

"I stay for a week. The property looks good. did not go to eat breakfast. The property needs an upgrade. the rugs and the rooms can be a bit better. New paint job can make everything looks lot better. Over all, the stay was pleasant, no noise. There were stores and gas nearby the hotel."
