Totally renovated classic Cape directly on Allen Harbor with a private dock! It's a rare combination to find anywhere on Cape Cod! You can walk 5 minutes to a sandy private association beach on Nantucket Sound. Or head to dinner or get coffee in Harwich Port Village just under a mile to the east.

The house itself has been completely revived with a near total renovation. The kitchen is exquisite with all the modern conveniences. The dining and living area are meticulously designed with modern coastal furniture and décor. Of course, you are overlooking Allen Harbor in the spacious back yard. There's a private dock on the harbor, bring your boat! The property is supplied with kayaks and paddle boards for guest use. Enjoy the harbor on the water!

Back inside, you'll find two bedrooms on the main level, one with a King Bed and one with a queen. There's one full renovated bathroom on the main level as well. Upstairs you have a classic Cape set up with two bedrooms: one with two queens and one with two twins.

As is customary in vacation rentals there are additional fees to the rates listed. Those fees include a reservation fee and a non-refundable Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee totaling $ 195. In addition, there are state and local taxes applied to all reservations less than 31 days in length that total 14.45%.

Fantastic
Family of 5 enjoyed a wonderful week at this property. The location is ideal bc you can walk to town and also have necessity places like cvs, grocery store, etc within half mile of the house. The outdoor space is spectacular. Very serene and the kids had a blast on the kayaks and trying to catch minnows off the dock. Property management was similar to a concierge service and helped us with our every need and was very responsive. The private beach was a quick 5 min walk and the house came with boogie boards, beach chairs, toys, and a beach carrier. Highly recommended
