"Room was basic but clean, reasonable size, however no coffee or even cups for tea or coffee. Area was fine. Negatives were the elevator wasn’t working, I took a room on the second floor as a result. Card key to the Side door didn’t work so a long walk to the stairs and up to the room. No breakfast ..."
