"We stayed at the property during an incredibly warm period and were located on the 4th floor of the hotel. There’s no air conditioning and a fan wasn’t available, sleeping was very difficult. Otherwise, the property and the staff were great although the interior finishes are looking a little tired. I would suggest this is a 3 star hotel, not a 4 star, and would have been excellent if we were paying 3 star rates."

This hotel was the friendliest, cleanest, service oriented hotel we have ever stayed in around the world, on arrival Tristan made us a cup of tea to sit at the patio and chill before checking in. "Lovely hotel on a mountain top. This time of year is very quiet for them, so there is just a self-check-in. You really only see the staff attendant at breakfast, so if you have questions that is the time to ask them. Otherwise you are on your own. The room itself was lovely with a very comfortable bed. Exceptional Service and Value—A Must-Visit Hotel!

"Absolutely brilliant hotel! The receptionist was incredibly friendly—one of the most welcoming people I’ve ever met, and his English was flawless. While checkout is a bit early at 10 a.m., he proactively offered a complimentary late checkout, which made all the difference on a long trip. The hotel exceeded all my expectations. I stayed one night as a stopover on a road trip and, though I don’t often have breakfast when traveling, it was included in the rate, so I gave it a try. The breakfast was exceptional, with a wide selection of delicious options. Although I was just passing through Austria on my way to Germany, this hotel has inspired me to come back, stay again, and explore Austria more. Truly fantastic value! "

"Wow!
