We stayed 3 nights for a wedding and appreciated the convenient location for the ceremonies and parties, but some of the front desk service left a lot to be desired. One of the most frustrating things about staying in modern hotels is that they don’t behave like hotels anymore. Cleaning your room? Nope. We asked for cleaning and they first said nope sorry, every other day. Well, ok. We called again the third afternoon to ask why it hadn’t happened and then they said every 3 days. We paid like $700 and never had a clean room. Super disappointing. This is NOT up to Marriott standards.
The room had 6 large black stains on the rug under the desk. Bath had brown stains underneath the toilel seat as well as on the tile floor. Otherwise, it was fine. I give it 4 stars
The bed sheets were pilled and should have been replaced; did not realize the room did not have closet space and very limited drawer space. We had also requested a room with a single king size bed, and were give a queen size bed.
You will be charged for parking fees even if you don't have a car which is crazy! They are newer facilities but the noise was an issue. Located near restaurants and shopping which is a plus.
Modern hotel with basic amenities. The "pull out sofa" was a micro-couch that converted to a twin bed. Refrigerator smaller then dorm size and wouldnt accommodate take-home food containers (few bottles of water only). Room appeared clean, but side of bed were remnants from food packaging from prior occupants, which gave us impression room hadnt been thoroughly cleaned.
