Room was small and the tv was really small. Front desk attendant was cranky like she couldn’t be bothered. The walls are extremely thin. We could hear our neighbors persistent cough. Would not stay again.

Property was not as good as it was before .. it gets old and the restaurant food was not so fresh Clientele is not as nice than it was before , loud people were walking and shouting on the hallways late at night… It was more expensive for less quality to my opinion

I chose the property for it's reputation, history as well as the advertised hot breakfast included in in the price. My reservation was made online late on the day of arrival. Upon check-in I was met with a snide comment about the lateness of my reservation. The next day was Mother's Day so there was no hot breakfast included with the room - you now got a packaged muffin or bagel to go which you picked up in the far corner of the lobby. There should have been disclosed, a discount on the room rate or a better option given. The worst part was my room was in an out building which was fine (loud doors shutting all night long) except the smell of must was terrible. The charm of the room was nice but the smell took away from the charm. Will not stay here again, unfortunately.
