"a good stay. Perhaps some of the property could do with a more thorough clean as I ended up cleaning the whole cutlery drawer. Somewhere to hang washing would be beneficial as not every clothing item is suited for the washer dryer. Bathroom nice, but as others have commented, some amenities would be welcomed"

"Such a shame that the outside and entrance to this flat is so dirty & grubby. The pile of dumped rubbish outside was not good either. The entrance & stairway is very grubby & smells damp. Needs a good clean & paint. The flat could be lovely if did not smell damp. Also you charge £30 extra for cleaning?? We had to Hoover behind the beds as cobwebs also false nails! "Fantastic! ...sums it up really. We booked late, but the property manager/landlord quickly got in touch and helped us through the process. Professional yet friendly. The apartment itself was nice and clean, with a lovely huge bath and decent shower. The kitchen was well equiped and open plan with dining area and lounge. The lounge has a computer desk by the window for work, but also a huge comfortable sofa. Sky Glass is a great addition - a nice massive 4K TV with all streaming apps...

"the property looked clean and the bed was comfortable. however the lack of internet connection through the wi-fi was a great inconvenience. there was no national tv service except using one's won netflex log-in. I guess this is because there is no tv licence covering the premises. there was a good 30 min walk to the town centre, no 10 min as stated. overall the property was comfortable but inconvenient in the above mentioned. "

"Donna was a great host! Responded very quickly, and the check-in instructions were very detailed and helpful. The place was very clean and well stocked; a small kitchen with all the items you’d need, and the bathroom was very clean and well presented. "The little flat was spot on . The owner was on the end of the phone if u needed to ask any questions. The small town of Bury St Edmunds is beautiful. They had a great little market . And we visited the smallest pub in Britain The people were very polite and friendly. We have family there . So we will be visiting more frequently . Thanks great host."
