‘Ey Up’ is a beautiful, recently refurbished, spacious 2 bedroom ground floor apartment perfectly placed within a quiet residential area and easy walking distance to Harrogate and the Stray.

Stylish, well equipped and luxurious, sleeping 4 comfortably in 2 good sized bright bedrooms with stunning Victorian high ceilings. The apartment can sleep a further 2 people using the sofa bed in the living room.

Off street parking and a pleasant wrap-around garden with a patio area for outside dining.

Off street parking for one car on a driveway in front of the ground floor apartment. Private entrance to the rear of the building where the patio and outside dining area is. Enter the building up a few stairs and into the kitchen. Off the kitchen there is the bathroom, living room & dining area and the hall which leads to the master bedroom at the front of the property and the twin bedroom at the back of the house. The twin beds can be zipped together to make a king size bed. There is a small utility room with a washer and dryer. The living room has a sofa which can be changed into a sofa bed.

The guests have access to the whole of the ground floor apartment

We only live 10mins away so please do get in touch should you have any problems

Lovely quiet residential area. Short walk through the Stray and you are in Harrogate where there are independent shops, restaurants and bars

There is space for one car on a drive in the front of the apartment

This apartment is sister apartment to our First Floor apartment ‘Ow do’. So should you wish to have more space for extra members of your family/friends you can always book both spaces and sleep 9 comfortably or (11 if you use the sofa bed) across the 2 apartments.
