"We had two large families stay here and found the property to be very clean, well stocked, and as advertised. There is no air conditioning in this home, so it got very hot! But, we knew that from the listing and packed a few extra fans which I would recommend. The property owner was very communicative and helpful. Overall, a great stay."

"This was our second year staying at this cottage, and yes we plan to go back. The cottage was clean! Close to everything, but a block off busy US-23. The large sandy beach area was perfect. The owner was in contact with us just before our stay and after check in to make sure we had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay."

"The property layout is good. However, there was an insufficient supply of pots, pans, dishes & silverware. The cottage sleeps 6 & only 6 dishes & silverware were supplied, as well as 2 frying pans & 2 sauce pans. We were constantly washing dishes after every meal. Big lip into main bathroom caused issue for our elderly guest. Also only supplied a light quilt on each bed. En suite bathroom needs updating as it was apparent the mirror had been replaced & toilet paper holder had been moved, both...

"We visited Hubbard Lake (Churchill Point) for a wedding. Very lucky to find Sunset Hideaway! 2 couples stayed, so only used 2 of the 3 bedrooms. We had unusually chilly weather when arrived so did not get to use all the property offered- fire pit, the lake, & renting a pontoon to enjoy the water and a sunset! But we were able to enjoy a beautiful lake views from the cottage through the wall of windows while enjoying our coffee. Plus walk out on the huge deck and see the millions of stars at...
