This property is absolutely terrible. It's dirty, run down, and not at all what they claim to be online. They falsely advertised having queen beds, but when we arrived, they told us that was impossible because they only have full beds. This forced us to leave and find another hotel, and they still had the nerve to charge us for one night.
The manager was incredibly rude and has a major attitude problem. It's shocking that someone like that is in a customer service job. If you can't handle upset customers when you lie, and then try to rip them off you're definitely in the wrong profession.
To make matters worse, I finally found the screenshot proving that they advertised having queen beds and submitted it to Expedia for false advertising. Regardless of whose fault it was, I didn't appreciate the manager telling me how to book a room—I've booked rooms many times before without any issues.
