Okay so the jacuzzi tub was left open on the sides so you can see the piping and there was mold growing on the filter as well as what looked like dirt around the tub but appeared to be paint spray from the walls upon closer inspection. Stingy w the number of towels to the room, the heater took about twenty minutes to generate hot air, blasting more cold into the room in the meantime. The attendant was friendly but unable to be found when I went to the desk a few minutes after checking in. The blankets had stains and the trash can in the bathroom looked like it had a blood stain. The chair arm is shaky at the desk. I’m really not sure what the attendant could have done about these problems even if I had found him. It could have been a nice room but fell short in many ways. Pretty tired from a seven hour ride so we will have to stay but we are not satisfied with the quality here. Do better.

The only employee I ever saw was the one who checked us in at night, it took him 10 minutes to do it, and the next morning? No one. Someone's phone was stolen and no one was there to do anything about it.

My first impression was "this is a nice hotel!". We arrived too early for check in but to let the desk clerk know that 6 of us had arrived. We knew we couldn't check in, but we requested our rooms be on the same floor. We all made our reservations online and booked a king size bed. He checked with someone who gave him three room numbers on the 3rd floor. When we returned later that evening, two couples had king rooms on the 3rd floor and my husband and I were on the 2nd floor in a room with a queen bed. The other two couples spoke of their showers having glass doors - ours was a handicap shower with a curtain. Upon checkout, I told the desk clerk that I was disappointed in my room and it wasn't what I paid for. He apologized and said there was a large event in town and most rooms were booked. He said he would make an adjustment but that it would take 2-3 business days. It has now been one full week and nothing. We are all planning to return to that area in the spring and may well stay at this hotel again. I hope it will be a better experience.

I booked a room at this hotel 2 weeks before my stay. I received a call from them the evening i was staying there and could not understand the person on the voice mail they left. My family and i were at hershey park for the day and when i could, i called them back. The man said that they overbooked and he did not have a room available. He offered me a room without a key which was fine because someone would be in the room the whole time if we needed to step out. I said to hold the room and we would be checking un around 11 or 1130pm. When we arrived, he said he had no rooms and we could book at a place 15 more minutes down the road. We were exhausted and now very very upset about the whole situation. We drove home that night until 230am. The hotel did not honor our reservation and caused a great day to end on a very disappointing note. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, ever.

What a breath of relief, clean room and free breakfast. Can’t really ask for much more. 11 minutes to Hershey Park, very happy with our stay.

I booked this property about days before my arrival. When I got there late at night they told me that they had overbooked the property and had no room available for me despite me having a reservation. They never contacted me before arrival. Complete lack of respect for customers. I would NOT recommended staying here. They prefer greed over customer service.

When we arrived our room wasn’t ready, the pool had a film on it with bugs, the floors were dirty, we didn’t have a key for the room, the door unit was hanging off the back, the fridge wasn’t working there was no remote for the tv and the bedding was questionable. There were no other hotels to stay in the area or we would have left. The floors were u kept and we couldn’t even enjoy breakfast. The pool had a film and had thing “jumping” off of it. The staff was so nice but it was the literal worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at and the price was ridiculous for how dirty it was.
