This unit consists of two bedrooms and one bathroom. The bedrooms 12” mattresses and an oversized king down comforter. Each bed is topped with 4 cooling luxury gel pillows to help ensure a great night’s rest.

The living room is furnished with a soft faux leather couch, a linen accent chair, and a swivel tub chair. For entertainment, there is a 70” HD TV to make sure staying in is just as enjoyable as going out. Feel free to turn on the the complimentary Netflix and grab a throw blanket, to make for a cozy atmosphere.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all cooking utensils you may need. There is ample dish-ware; glass, ceramic, and plastic. There are complimentary k-cups and tea bags provided for your stay.

Opt for a book from the personal library on a rainy evening staying in. With various genres, it’s sure to accommodate every reader.

There is free street parking outside of the home and on neighboring streets. Be sure to pay attention to street cleaning signs that note what days and times to park on an opposing block.

There are street cleaning days on alternating blocks, Monday through Friday. There will be signs on each block that state no parking very early AM hours on a weekday; you’ll want to be attentive to those to not get ticketed during the street cleaning hours.
HOUSE RULES:

- Please do not rearrange any of our furniture.

- Please be mindful of noise after 9pm.

- We ask that there is no smoking indoors. An extra cleaning fee of $300 to remove odor and stains may be applied.

- Towels and washcloths are not to be used with any makeup, face washes, self-tanner, hair dye, or any other staining products.

- Do not flush any trash, paper towels, flushable wipes, baby wipes, feminine products, condoms, diapers, tissues, cigarette butts, pills, cotton balls, q-tips, or anything that is not toilet paper down the toilet.

- Do not rinse any food or grease down the kitchen sink drain.

- Please Note: Children friendly does not mean the area is child-proof. It is the responsibility of the guardian/parent to monitor their children's actions at all times.

- If guests are found to have had a party which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for an extra cleaning charge of $300 and an extra $25 per guest after 4 people.

- Prior to your departure, we ask that you please wash any dirty dishes, place dirty towels in the bathroom, turn off any lights, and lock the door on your way out.

- If you checkout later than 11AM without express permission of the host there will be a $50/hour late charge added to your reservation. Please communicate with host regarding any issues.
