There were only two housekeeping staff for a four floor building. I think they did the best they could but I have a list of issues, including AC and management issues. The two men who seemed to be in charge, didn’t show much interest in helping us meet our needs and kept saying “go ask housekeeping.” I have a list and will be glad to share it with someone if they are interested. We actually tried to move to another hotel but those in the immediate area were full because of a concert. We will not stay at that hotel again, and now have a negative attitude towards Ecolodge in general. For point of reference, we’ve been on a driving trip across America for two and a half months, staying mainly at Best Western, but also at other lower price hotels when needed for location reasons. This Ecolodge was the most disappointing and a big part of that was the attitude of management. And we say that having owned two businesses that depended on good customer relationships.
