Everything was great except the stovetop kept cutting off on us. We reached out to the front desk who said to turn the timer all the way which we did but it still kept cutting off. Other than that everything was wonderful and we would definitely stay here again!

I like candlewood because of the space in the rooms and the kitchen. However, this room did not have a wrap around eating counter which we really missed. Otherwise it was a great stay.

I will never choose to stay at another Candlewood property again. Not because of anything I experienced at the physical hotel because I never even had the chance to. I booked my room well in advance of arriving there to check in. Upon checking in I was told the their hotel does not accept prepaid cards. I was “able” to book the room with my Venmo card. So I get turned away, as I am standing there in the lobby holding my receipt, not a care in the world that it’s 1:45am or the thought of maybe, “How was this guy to even know such a thing as not to use his Venmo card or any other “prepaid” card as they called them, to book the room. How was he to even know when there was NOTHING stating such a thing on their booking page through Expedia. Anywho, that is all. Make your own assessment of it.

Room had a disgusting odor-staff did nothing about it. Basically said you can stay or leave. Very rude. I’m a very easy going and understanding person but to put myself, my wife and two young children in a room that smelled like an ash tray was totally out of line. Worst stay in a hotel I’ve ever had.

The room is big with amenities but the room looked and smelled like it hadn’t been used for a long time. The sheets had a smell that made us sneeze all night so bought own sheets next day. Scent in room was strong so tried to open windows but window screen was torn so had to keep it closed. Walls and bathtub were dirty. I took pictures.
