"It was a wonderful day the people at this hotel really go all out to make sure you’re comfortable. I have never ever been shown to my room and had the door open for me by anyone ever and that’s what they did here. Everybody was attentive and very clear that if we needed anything, just ask, I will be going back to stay at the Winslow."

"The welcome was quite kurt but efficient. The area of hotel is quite out of the way and seems open to risk from poor types so felt a little uneasy. "

"The non smoking room smells smoke and even all over isle smells bad. The ac/heater not workung properly. Not provide blanket at all. Can you imagine sleep in a smelly room in the winter with no blanket at all? I asked blanket to the staff he said that's the standard of the hotel not giving a blanket "

"This hotel was darling. Front desk staff was very kind. But they are not available at all hours though. I do believe there is a phone number to call. The bed was very comfortable and the room had all the necessary amenities. I believe the window s were original to the building so it wasn't the quietest room. You could hear other guests. Overall, I would recommend this hotel!"
