"I might still have chosen this place if it had been advertised correctly. The price is very good. The initial photo is deceptive. The streetcar is over a ten minute walk away 0.6 miles. The neighborhood is nice to one side but the building itself looks like a dump on the outside (paint would help). The price is great and the place is pretty clean.
