"The hotel is badly run. People there have no idea how to manage staff or handle difficult situations. We have paid for a stay in a reportedly prestigous 4* hotel. When we arrived there was no internet, on the next day there was no electricity, then on the third day elevators broke and we had to carry everything from 7th floor to the ground floor. "Hotel is very simple but clean, staff is friendly. Food is okay. Rooms are clean and spacious, beds are pretty hard but we had good sleep. Pool is okay, there is sauna. The bowling area is really good with games, pool and bar."

"Sind ein bisschen enttäuscht. Waren jetzt schon siebte mal in Harrachov und von Pension Rotunda haben wir etwas mehr erwartet. Am ersten - Betten sind schrecklich. Man hat Gefühl, man schläft nicht auf die Matratze, sondern auf die Holzbretter😟. Bettwäsche, mit Haaren 😖. Einrichtung selber Uralt, teilweise kaputte Sachen. "Die Pension wird sehr liebevoll geführt. Sie liegt in der Nähe der Talstation und trotzdem sehr idyllisch. Das Frühstück ist ausgesprochen vielseitig und lecker (einschließlich des Kuchens). Auf Wunsch haben wir gute Ratschläge (auf Deutsch) für Unternehmungen bekommen. Wir werden sicher mal wieder hinfahren."

"Tolle Familie, die das Hotel führt. Hundefreundlich, einfach aber sauber, hausgemachte Suppen und Speisen, richtig lecker. Ein paar Meter von Fluss Kamenice, aus dem Hotel raus und gleich in den Wald gehen können. Alles in Harrachov ( Seilbahn, Sommerrodelbahn, Wasserfall, fußläufig erreichbar. Wie kommen wieder. "Wir haben denn Aufenthalt in der Pension sehr genossen. Es waren sonnige Tage im August und September 2016, die wir mit Wanderungen, Stadtrundfahrt, Besuch des Museumsbergwerkes, Fahrt nach Karpacz usw ausgefüllt haben. Bei schlechtem Wetter haben wir uns das Bierbad im Ort gegönnt. "

"Es ist das abartigste was ich jemals als Hotel gesehen habe . Schade das ich keine Bilder hochladen kann. Ich habe 120 € pro Nacht bezahlt weil nichts mehr frei war in harrarov was schon der dreifache Preis als üblich ist . Ich bin Abend 20 Uhr angekommen unfreundlich das Personal so begann der Alptraum . Dann das Zimmer nicht vorbereitet nicht bezogen der Müll der Gäste davor alles kaputt und beschädigt die Matratzen vesüft ekelhaft unfassbar . Die Rezeption damit konfrontiert mit Bilder die...

"vše v pořádku skvělý a vstřícný personál nadstandartní snídaně skvělá poloha jediná výtka měli jsme 4lúžkový pokoj bohužel na 4 postelích se nedalo spát na dvou strašlivě měkké matrace a rozkládací dvoulúžko které se opravdu při používání rozkládalo 2 noci jsme přežily ale na více přespání by to nebylo jinak naprostá spokojenost."

"Für vier Übernachtungen war dieses Appartement absolut zufriedenstellend. Sehr sauber, eher spartanisch eingerichtet, aber durchaus genug Platz für 2 Erwachsene + zwei Kinder (10 und 14). Dank der tollen/zentralen Lage, war man schnell bei der Skischule und abends im Restaurant."

"Cool design of rooms, beautiful view from our room to the Jested mountain, and good breakfast. Very pleasant staff. The only issue I had, was the check in: it wasn't clear until when is the reception open. Downloading yet another app and filling forms with information I already have in my Expedia profile, while waiting on a very hot lobby was a bit annoying. "
