"We enjoyed restful sleep because our room was behind the pool and the hotel was not crowded. There was a glitch with Expedia’s payment so out check-in was delayed until I spoke with customer service. I would like an explanation and/or a comp. from Expedia (good luck) for the mix up. "

"La recepción está muy bien, tiene estacionamiento sin costo. La habitación estaba super equipada, con refrigerador, cafetera, microondas, algunos platos y cubiertos, plancha y burro de planchar. Todo por un excelente precio. Solamente que el clima tiraba agua y había olor a humedad. El mueble del lavabo tenía suelta la tabla inferior. La alfombra del pasillo también estaba sucia. "The shower was never cleaned, it was gross, fabuloso thrown on the floor then mopped with a towel, never swept. I really wouldn’t recommend this motel stay to anyone. We had remote issues, the phone wasn’t connected to call the office. There was no access to the lobby, to get a replacement I had to stand out in the heat, at a window, to get them to give me one that worked. No coffee to drink, because of no lobby entrance. "
