"The booking and questions we had from our host were done so smoothly. The home was beautiful and so clean. Our family LOVED it. We had a family wedding to attend and it was going to be outdoors on a farm not too far away. The weather was windy, cold and rainy, not the best combination for an outdoor wedding. But we knew that a warm house, bath and bed were waiting for us to greet us after everything. Would highly recommend this property to anyone needing a get away place."

"Bill was an amazing host! There was a slight hiccup in communication the day of arrival but nothing that wasn't quickly remedied. He also was quick to let us know that we had left something vitally important at the house and made it simple for us to retrieve it. My only complaint is that we didn't have longer or better weather to enjoy the stay! We all loved petting the animals but it was too cold for me! We will definitely stay again. "

"Our kids loved the pool, hot tub, and slide! Numerous little things that we wished for at other places were included here: clothes hanging rack, clothes baskets, flossing sticks, cotton swabs, extension cords, instructional videos, and too many different things, to name just a few. The kitchen was terrific, too! There was a coffee bar with many syrups, creamers, and S'mores stuff. We wish we could live here year-round!"

"This house/host is a nightmare. I showed up with my family after 12+ hours in a van to an empty house. The host would not respond so I had to find hotel accommodations at the last minute for 9 people on a holiday weekend and foot the bill. Then the neighbor comes by and says the place is a mold infested scam hole and that this host has properties all over town that should be condemned.
