"Menimme hakemaan avaimia Kuus-Hukkalasta, mutta sieltä sanottiin, ettei varausta ole minun nimelläni. Yritin keskustella tästä teidän chatin kautta, mutta siitä ei ollut mitään hyötyä, ei tajunnut tilannetta. Yritin että palauttaisivat rahani, koska mökkiä ei ollut, koska mökki oli jo muille varattuna. ..."
