"What a beautiful resort this was. We stayed there for our anniversary trip. The staff from welcome to dinning to housekeeping were are super warm and friendly. And, they did an amazing job making us feel extra special - especially with all the decorations for our room and helping plan a beautiful candle light dinner. The view from our villa was gorgeous. "Idyllic quiet location with views of the boats and waterways, extremely courteous, happy and helpful staff. Great food options in house and close enough to pick up a Tuk Tuk to head in to town as well. An ideal place to relax and unwind!"

"Ripples Resort made our Kerala vacation. The food, service, and accommodations were all excellent. We stayed for five nights. We had a bungalow near the canal. It was spacious, with a big living room, a bedroom, a small dressing area (I think), and an outdoor shower. It felt peaceful and private. We did yoga on the last three days. "A beautiful property that is 160 years old staffed by lovely people. Everyone was helpful - especially with local attractions and booking boat tours. Breakfast was good. The pool is good but could use a clean and currently there are no loungers - due to be replaced soon. The owners are building a restaurant on site which will be a great addition."

"It took 45 minutes to checkin and 30 minutes to checkout. Very inefficient process. Went late to lunch buffet, and food was cold. A la carte food was good. Location of hotel is good, though getting to it is interesting in a larger vehicle. "

No geneartor avaiable, even ups back also not availble.During our stay mid night 1.00 pm power was not available, after 1hr only it has came. 2) There is no staff or securities during night time.In this condition not advisable for family.
