"My parents visited after I booked this property for them without much idea of lrje area and property. As per their feedback getting their isn’t straight and area feels odd. Doesn’t feel like resort as looked so nice in pic. Property isn’t maintained up to the standards of the pic. and their service was just OK. "

"Excellent hotel and brilliant loco for Triveni Ghat Aarti. Hotel staff would walk one up to the Aarti and ensure all is well. This is very handy to have in what can potentially be a hectic event otherwise. Complimentary high tea was great and the rooms were spacious and clean. Thanks for the upgrade. Dining options in the restaraunt very good "

"Great for the price but you get what you pay for. Its acceptably clean, comfortable and safe. BUT very noisy, congested, dirty location. If you like or tolerate Indian grit, noise pollution and chaos, then this is the place. If you seek serenity and the calm of the Himalayas and the Ganges River, spend more money and look elsewhere. "The rooms and wash room was horrible dirty bed sheets hair on the washroom floor before I checked in the room , it wasn’t clean at all not worth the price at all The hotel should fix its quality it’s not to be listed on Expedia 👎"

"My husband and parents went for a 5 day stay and really enjoyed this hotel. Service is wonderful, laundry and food are inexpensive, and the rooms were clean and spacious! I would stay here again! "
