"Die Hütte entsprach unseren Vorstellungen, schön gelegen und man war doch schnell z.B. in Bad Ems. Die Einrichtung war angemessen. Die Terasse sehr schön. Die Dusche hatte kein warmes Wasser, trotz Telefonkontakt mit den Vermietern konnte das nicht geklärt werden. Aber diese haben uns unkompliziert einen Nachlass angeboten und diesen sofort überwiesen! "Great location but goodness the area is so, so noisy all throughout the night. I wish the windows were better soundproofed. The bedding and bed is awful, my back and neck is killing me after two nights there. Location can’t be beat but otherwise it leaves a lot to be desired."

"They gave me a free upgrade to a room with a view of the Rhine. The breakfast buffet was the best I've had at any European hotel. They had a designated machine only for hot chocolate, and the cocoa was so good I drank three cups. There was also a smoothie maker. Also, just a 10-minute walk to the Drachenfelsbahn."

"Buses right in front of the property. Easy to get groceries too! There’s a mall across the street — good for some quick shopping. Love the convenience to get food nearby and even some drinks by the hotel lobby. Toilet sliding door can be smoother. The damaged marks on the walls are evident. Other than that, love it! "
