"Fantastic location in the heart of the city with good connections. Closest subway station requires a little bit of walking but is not too far, a lot of popular areas are within walking distance and there's plenty of bars and food options around! Staff is very friendly and helpful too! Highly recommend for a solo traveller!"

"Lovely and clean. Close to metro. Safe (female dorm). Key cards for front door and room. Locker in room that could fit a rucksack. 2nd floor up over a 24 hour 7 eleven convenience store with very friendly staff. Free breakfast (bread/toast, cereal, tea/coffee) from 7am. The only downside is that the common area is a breakfast bar so not very social."

"Sarah runs this place and is super friendly and helpful. It has everything i would want from a hostel, its clean, quiet at night, has good wifi and is in a good location. Note: when trying to find it, its located up one floor from the ground. Would certainly recommend."

"Saw roaches crawling on my bed the first hour I was there. I didn’t sleep in my bed the first night. Requested a sheet & pillow change and she did. Kept my lights on 24/7 & sprayed bug spray on my bed to prevent anything else from crawling on there. "

"Great staff e awesome location, very close to Chinatown MRT station (exit F or E). Room was nice, small as expected, but there are two things I did not like: 1. No window in the room, a noisy fan in place 2. Although bathrooms and all facilities very clean, the rug inside the room was not, lot of long hair, certainly not mine! I did like the good air conditioner and washer/drier facility (self service, S$3 each). Breakfast was simple but consistent, with cereals, cooked eggs, bread/toaster,...

"Well to start off with there are pictures on the site that does not exist. There are so many stairs, no elevator in sight and no one assists you with luggage. There is only 3 showers no dressing rooms be comfortable with getting dress infront of people. The lady at the front deak was nice at first but then her attitude changed around my last day there. "I chose this place because it had an SG Clean rating. This must have been pre-pandemic as it was pretty icky. Showers were filthy. Reception is never manned and you have to press a button to speak to the owner remotely. I called days in advance to try and tell them I would be arriving after midnight but the phone just rings all day with no one answering it. They put me in a girls dorm because they had overbooked the mixed dorm. Most of the people staying there are south asians who are working or...

"One of the worst check in experience I had encountered. Unhelpful & poor attitude front office staff. Also, very misleading check in information. It’s said 24hrs by self service kiosks which do not issue room so there are no difference from indicating honest check in timing.
