"We had an amazing stay at the Sea Breeze Inn! It was our first time in Newport and it did not disappoint. The room was extremely clean, bed was comfortable and homemade breakfast was amazing! Thank you for a great stay and we hope to be back sometime! "

"We had a great stay at Cliffside Inn. The staff were kind, professional and accommodating. The room was top notch! Very comfortable, clean, well appointed. Breakfast was delicious each morning. We didn’t stay for wine hour - but it looked yummy with six wine options as two hot appetizers, all complimentary. I hope to return!"

"Great location, walking distance to Easton's Beach and Cliff Walk as well as many stores, restaurants, etc. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. It got fairly cold for a couple of days and the gas fireplace heater did a great job of warming the room. The kitchenette was well stocked with dishes, utensils, etc. And the hosts are super friendly and helpful! "
