Quiet condo tucked in the back of the Hideaway Valley Association. Plenty of room for friends and family to make memories together. This end unit has two decks and backs to the Offield Viewlands. Bring the kids or grandkids because there is plenty of room to stretch out in this 4 bedroom, 3.5-bath condo with a walkout basement.

Hideaway Valley is surrounded by conservatory hiking trails and is located just 5 minutes from Harbor Springs, where the picture-perfect town awaits you. You can relax and stroll the shops or enjoy watching boats come into the harbor. Within10 minutes, enjoy historic Petoskey and Petoskey State Park. Petoskey has a charming Gaslight Shopping District and the State Park allows you to enjoy crystal clear waters and sand beaches. Or you can enjoy the bike ride along the miles of trials from city to city. Mackinaw Island is only 30 minutes away as well. With so much to do, what are you waiting for?

Cute Condo in Hideaway Valley
We had a great stay at this newly renovated and updated condo. It’s perfectly placed to easily get to Petosky and Harbor Springs. I would definitely recommend for visitors Up North.

Quiet location with great access
We loved our long weekend at this location. It was wonderfully clean and well stocked. The back deck had a beautiful view to the woods and was a perfect pace to relax after a day of activities and sightseeing. Highly recommend!

Convenient location to access Harbor Springs and Petoskey, two of our favorite Up North locations. We hope to return to this rental next year. The property was very clean, with plenty of room and nicely updated.

There were 3 of us couples. The condo was amazing and with a well stocked kitchen for the times we cooked. The location is perfect, close to Petoskey and Harbor Springs. Couldn’t be more happy with our stay!

The condo was perfect for our large family. Unit was nestled in the woods with ann attached garage, and close to both Nub’s Nob and Boyne Highlands. Nice to have three floors of space. Owner was very responsive to any questions.

Peaceful and Secluded
The location of our stay was beautiful. We could see trees from every window. Accommodations were perfect. It was immaculate, plenty of towels and extra bedding. The kitchen was perfect because that is where we all gather. There are games to play, a garage to park in, several bathrooms, and so close to Harbor Springs and Petoskey. We love it! Owner answered our emails immediately. Great time.

Spacious and convenient
Had a comfortable stay with a total of 4 adults, 5 kids, and 2 dogs. There was plenty of room for us all to have a bed. Property was clean and was stocked with everything we needed to cook meals. There's a good selection of board games too. Community pool and rec area were convenient as well. Theres a full size basketball court, a tennis court, and 4 pickleball courts. Lack of a view is made up for with the spaciousness of the condo and the other ammenities.

Beautiful condo in the woods
We booked a family vacation with me, my three daughters (21,18 & 13), my mom and my sister-in-law(she from GA and has never been to MI before). This newly renovated condo was perfect for us. Everyone had a comfortable bed to sleep and there are plenty of bathrooms. It really felt like home away from home. And with the location so close to Petosky, Harbor Spring and about 35min from Mackinac City, there was so much to see and do. Michael and Kim are absolutely wonderful. They answered all our questions quickly and were super helpful with recommendations for places to eat and local attractions. We can’t wait to book again with them.

Loved it!!
We traveled with an extended family group ranging in age from 19 to 73. This house was the perfect layout for us as far as sleeping arrangements & open areas for spending time together, while still having plenty of space for privacy. Having 3.5 bathrooms was great! Plenty of towels, linens, pillows & blankets. Well stocked with extra soap, detergents, cleaning supplies & paper products if any supplies need refilled. Extra fans in the closets if needed. Well equipped kitchen & the house was extremely clean. The host replied immediately when we needed to contact him for anything. Having the attached garage was a nice bonus. We didn't have time to use any of the amenities like the pool, tennis, or basketball courts. We'll definitely return here in the future if we're in the area!

Friends Getaway
Wonderful condo in a convenient location close to both Petoskey and Harbor Springs. We were a group of four high school friends and it was a perfect setting for us. Four spacious and comfortable bedrooms and three bathrooms. Just one "senior" challenge and that was using the TV. However a quick conversation with the owner set us straight. By the way, Mike answered any questions quickly. The other comment is to be forwarned that there were three floors, but none of the bedrooms were on the main floor. Not a problem, but could be if you have mobility issues.

We absolutely love this property. It’s clean and comfortable for our party of 6. Michael was good at communicating with us. The location was a great home base for our trips to Petoskey, Hart, and Harbor Springs. Highly recommend and if all works out we would stay there again.

checkout experience
The overall property was good except for a broken toilet seat in an upstairs bathroom and it kept running. What our group of five all agreed on was the checkout list in the condo was in our view an issue. We were charged a clean up charge in the original cost yet we were asked to. Empty trash to an outside dumpster, was dishes, remove sheets from bed. Really , the reason we rent is to enjoy our vacation and not do chores. Heck I could stay home and do that. Or I could go to a hotel and not do anything. If you want guests to do this don't charge for clean up, up front. I will have to think about using VRBO again. Gerry
