Charming Home in Harbor Springs Close to Town and Skiing

Located off M-119 between the premier resort towns of Harbor Springs and Petoskey, Rivage Retreat is an ideal rental for enjoying the Little Traverse Bay region in all four seasons! It is close enough to jump on bikes and hit the Little Traverse Wheelway (a bike path from Harbor Springs through Petoskey to Charlevoix) yet a comfortable place to land after a long day of sightseeing. Take your first step inside the front door to an open-concept living area and kitchen with plenty of daylight and a gas fireplace, a great space for gathering. Grab your morning coffee at the coffee bar just off the kitchen and step outside onto one of the multiple deck and patio areas. The main level consists of three tastefully decorated bedrooms, with the primary suite overlooking the wooded backyard and offering access to the back deck. The finished lower level offers a second living area, great for kids to congregate and the fourth bedroom with two queen beds and a TV. Enjoy the lush year-round plantings and plenty of yard while you enjoy your meals alfresco and take in the sunlight or fall into the hammocks with a good book in the shade. No matter the season, you are minutes from it all – Nubs Nob and The Highlands for skiing, downtown Harbor Springs, and Petoskey for shopping and dining!

A little piece of heaven on earth
This rental was everything we expected and then some! The home was exactly what it showed in the pictures. It was very clean and so cozy. It was perfect for our family to spend a weekend away together. It checked all our boxes. Cleanliness, prime location, easy communication with renter, no faults whatsoever. Highly recommend!

The home was clean and comfortable. It was in a very quiet and picturesque setting with a lovely garden and 2 hammocks that our teens enjoyed. Only drawback is that it doesn't have a firepit. The property manager was excellent to work with and extremely responsive. Would recommend and would stay here again.
