·TC is surrounded by golf courses and located next to Nubs Nob (1 mile) and Boyne Highlands (2.5 miles) ski resorts.

·Complimentary shuttle to Nubs Nob on weeks of peak ski season

POOL INFORMATION
Fitness Center Pool: Currently OPEN until 11:00pm
Conference Center pool: Opens on Saturday, May 25, 2024 until 10:00pm throughout the Summer.
Outdoor Pool: Re-opens June 1, 2024 for the Summer and will be open until 9:00pm nightly

Sleeping arrangements:
Bedroom 1: Queen Bed
Bedroom 2: King Bed, Bunk Bed with full and twin (upstairs)
Loft: Full bed + twin bed

There is a wood burning fireplace, wood is supplied.

Things to note before booking:
-Sorry, pets are not permitted. No exceptions. Please inquire for other pet friendly options, as we do have them.
·The jacuzzi tub in the unit does not work. There is a hot tub on the grounds for your enjoyment.
·This condo is not "perfect" - You can expect to find a clean, cozy space for you and your guests.
-There is NO A/C.
-If you book on VRBO/HomeAway or direct, we can not refund booking or processing fees. There is a $50 reschedule or cxl fee.
-Parking: Permit is limited, overflow parking is available.
-Trailers: There is space for your trailer at the overflow lot - you will need a trailer parking, please inquire.

Fall colors up north.
We had a great time at Trout Creek Condos. This one was well done and had many sleeping arrangements. Great for teenagers and adults. Indoor pool and fitness center are nice. Could have been better if garage was usable and the jacuzzi tub. Very clean and felt like home. Great place for fall colors in northern Michigan. Thank you for a great stay!

We all truly enjoyed staying in this unit at Trout Creek! We enjoyed hiking, swimming, fishing, and charter boat fishing 🎣 together as my son and I celebrated our birthdays and my husband and I celebrated 🍾 our 23rd year anniversary!!! What a fantastic stay!!!

We absolutely loved our stay and loved the condo rental. It was very clean and kid friendly. It was nice to have access to the fitness center and indoor pool with hot tub! Our kids loved the pool area. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect ski vacation
Perfect property for a ski vacation at Nubs Nob or Boyne Highlands. So much space for our family of 7. Loved having the washer and dryer. Would love to return.
