House with a million dollar view

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the beach and the beautiful view. The owners paintings were a joy to look at. We had a great time in spite of some things that were less than ideal. All of the cabinets in the kitchen were full, so there was no place to put out food. All of the beds have very old mattresses and were uncomfortable. There were no shades in the bedrooms so it got very bright, very early.

Beautiful location, run-down home
I will say first that the location is great. Having said that, the house was dirty - we found food that was not ours under beds, in couches, on floors. The house is OLD and pretty run down. If I had to guess, the king mattress is as old as the home, so just assume you’ll be using one of the many twin sized beds with sheets that don’t fit. This house definitely needs new beds, mattresses and linens to be comfortable, especially at the price of the stay. Having said that, there was plenty of space if comfort is not important to you.

Reviewer Comments: We felt the location was the highlight for this rental We had visited the community the summer previous specifically to find such a location. Plenty of bedrooms to accomadate but new matresses are a MUST! Decent kitchen however dishwasher needs replacing since several times we found water had seeped onto floor. also, the 2 bedrooms on the lower level had a strong musty odor. not one window could be lifted in the one LLevel bedroom. Dehumidifier would have helped!

Spacious house with beautiful views
The house is very large with amazing views from almost every room! The beach is easily accessible from the property, and it is located in a quiet area! I would definitely stay here again!

Lovely Stay on the Beach
I and generations before me have spent our summers visiting Harbor Springs. This listing is a lovely family cottage with close proximity to a beach. The house is quaint and lovely, the beach is tidy and close, the neighborhood is quiet and cozy... I don't think there's anything not to like about the property. Graham Mgmt was also quite pleasant to work with. We'll be coming back!
