"This hotel has, without a doubt, the best service I experienced during a three week trip in Korea, sometimes staying at four and five star hotels. The accommodations were fantastic, the breakfast was good, the dining options were really good, the chef is excellent. But the main thing is the service. This staff is fantastic. They even showed me how to use the washing machine that was all Korean language. They went out of their way. I only wish that this were on my regular route of travel so that...

"The headboard on the bed had large, disturbing stains in the fabric. The buffet was large and had many offerings providing a variety of breakfast options. They do not provide coffee in the room, only tea. I suspect this a tacit agreement with the Starbucks Reserve in the lobby to draw in guests. Not a huge problem, unless you wake up early because Starbucks does not open until the mid-morning (traditional Korea start times)."

"It was a quick stay. This is our second time staying there and we simply needed a safe place to sleep. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. I appreciate that it was warm when we arrived. My primary complaint about this hotel is the limited staffing hours and late check-in time. The location is convenient to a friend's home, so it's a good fit for us.
