"Lovely mountain home, house had everything you could need and LOTS of activities for kids and teens. Hot tub and sauna were a huge hit after skiing! Owners/managers answered questions within a few minutes, very helpful. Super convenient if you are skiing at Sunday River!"

"Close to skiing/hiking/ice fishing/skating. Well appointed modernized, old farmhouse - plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, big kitchen, laundry. Evenings by the fire. Hard to imagine a better place for our family, (ages 7 months to 86 years old), getaway."

"This house was absolutely perfect for our group of 20 this week. Proximity to Sunday River was great. This is probably one of the nicest ski houses we stayed at. House was equipped with everything. Ping Pong table, theater room and hot tub. Host was quick and response to any questions we had. Mike was super helpful. I could go on and go about how much we loved this house. We made wonderful memories this week with the kids and friends at this lovely home. "

"We had an issue with access instructions but once we heard back from the owner that was resolved. The property was a good size for our group, clean and well-equipped. The location was close enough to Sunday River for skiing and we watched the NYE fireworks there as well! The location was also good for access to restaurants in Bethel - and the bowling alley! "

"House exceeded our expectations. We spent significantly more time in the house since mountain was closed for two days due to high winds. But there was plenty of room and we enjoyed our stay. Amazing views of the trails from many rooms. "

"The house was a wonderful space for our family to get together with 7 adults and 3 kids, there was room for a few more if we had wanted! We loved the living room for game time and the connected kitchen and dining area worked well to keep everyone together at meal time. The bedrooms were well laid out and the kitchen had everything we needed to prep. We did rent a pontoon boat from Norway Marina for 3 days during our stay to tour the lake. "Easily located off Roadrunner trail, this Brookside condo was perfect to relax in, cook dinner, shower and sleep in after a day of skiing. Nothing fancy, this standard 2 bedroom condo worked for our family of 4 (2 sets of bunk beds available in the kids room). Check-in and out was handled directly and easily with the management company."

"Overall property was exactly how stated in the pictures. Convienent to the mountain. Excellent communication with the host Kimberly and Tom. If you forgot something there is a grocery store, Walgreens within 3 miles of this wonderfully located property. Highly recommend."
