- The suite is a 2nd floor, large one bedroom apartment above a law firm. The living quarters is accessed via a private 1st floor entrance, with Smart entry. The entrance hallway is ideal for storing bikes, golf clubs or muddy shoes. A wide staircase leads to the 2nd floor living space and the living room/dining room. The living room has a queen size sleeper-sofa. The living/dining room is highlighted by 10' ceilings and 3 large windows facing the front of the building and a large stained glass window. Separating the living room and bedroom is a large, fully equipped kitchen with new appliances. The bedroom is also accentuated with 10' ceilings and 2 large windows. To the rear of the bedroom is the bathroom, laundry and large walk-in closet.
