Nice hotel, good price, friendly staff.
Nice hotel for the price in Hanoi. Hotel staff was very helpful and attentive and tried their best to accommodate any requests we had. Even though there was a weird smell when we first entered the room, the smell was gone after we opened the windows. I think it was just the cleaning equipment and chemicals used to clean and disinfect the room. We had a wonderful 2 nights rests at the hotel after our long day exploring Hanoi.

전반적으로 구리고 도로옆이라 시끄럽습니다만, 있을건 다있고 직원들도 친절해요. 공항버스가 인접해 있다와, 깡패같은 가격 이 딱 두가지가 선택 기준이라면 괜찮습니다. 전 이정도일줄은 몰라서 다음날 처음 만나는 업체사람들에게 얕보일 수도 있음이 우려되어 바로 체크아웃하고 힐튼갔습니다만... 혼자있었으면 만족하고 잤을겁니다. 그리고 아마 하노이 오는 공항버스중에 낌마오는게 제일 쌀거에요. 다만 직원들이 정말 영어를 한마디도 못하는 건 조금 단점이고 엘리베이터가 다소 맛이 간것 같아 불안한건 좀 있을 수 있습니다.

Kim Ma（日本食街）迄は歩いて不可。但しタクシーは格安。 安い部屋は傾いているので、高い部屋を予約（500円程のUpのみ）がおすすめ。 但し、大半の従業員は英語が通じない。

立地はよいが、ハードの質が伴っていない。
三つ星にしては、内装仕様、壁やドアの防音が不十分で、浴室やクローゼットなどの使い勝手も良くなく、ハード面の質が悪い。金庫も使えず、貴重品の扱いに苦労した。立地場所は予想通りで、もっと新しいホテルだと思っていた。

旧市街と日本食店街の中間地点にあるホテル
シングルベットを二つ並べて、一つのベットにしている部屋でした。いつも使用している部屋と快適さは変化ありませんでした。

今回、連泊をしましたが、２日目は部屋の掃除は行われていません。タオルが無くなればスタッフに連絡する必要があります。 電気ポットがあり、飲み水ですすぎましたが、ゴミが出てきました。たぶん、使用されていなかったと思います。結局、電源が入りませんでした。

ハノイ繁華街の中間地点のホテル
今回連泊したが、部屋の掃除が行われていなかった。（朝9時頃、私が部屋にいたので、掃除をしなかったと思う。その後、外出したが部屋の掃除は行われなかった） ホテルに帰ってから新しいバスタオルを持ってきてもらった。 朝食のトーストを依頼したが、目玉焼きのみであった。

宿泊客が廊下で大きな声で騒いでうるさかった。 窓がサッシではなく、板で隙間がある。 トイレが少し匂う
