The popular Maschsee is just a short drive away and invites you to take relaxing walks, jogs or boat trips. The Eilenriede, Europe's largest urban forest, also offers numerous opportunities for relaxation in nature.

It is only a 5-minute walk from the "Bothmerstraße" tram stop.

The Greek restaurant "Ouzeri" is only a 3-minute walk away and is one of the best Greek restaurants in Hanover.

The Italian restaurant "La Piazza" is also a 3-minute walk away and is highly recommended.
