Staff at the desk were efficient, but not particularly friendly. Room was clean and nice. Had trouble finding the entrance to their parking lot. It's a narrow entrance through shrubs marked with only a small unlit sign.

We arrived late at the hotel and there was still a very kind lady at the reception. I asked for toothbrush and she also gave me clear direction how to get to my room. The hotel room is also spacious and clean, there is a huge bath tab in the bathroom. Breakfast is also nice, various options in the cold food section. Coffee is also pretty good. Everything is satisfying for a short stay, I only wish the pillows are a bit harder.

Sehr freundliches Personal an der Rezeption, hilfsbereit und schnell. Zimmer war sauber, perfekt für eine Nacht und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.

Sehr sehr schlechter service
Wirklich nicht ein gutes Erlebnis! Die Receptionistin war sehr unfreundlich und hatte gar kein Verständnis das wir ein Zimmer mit Airconditioning gebucht hatten aber sie auf ihren Schirm was anderes zu stehen hatte. Sie hat 150 Euro pro Nacht mehr berechnet obwohl wir schon vor anreise bezahlt hatten… es war eine Diskussion ohne Ende mit einem müdem Kind auf dem Arm eine erschöpfte Oma und wir akzeptieren bloß um Ruhe vor dieser schrecklichen Frau zu bekommen. Ich werde nie und nimmer in dieses Hotel übernachten und werde es auch nicht empfehlen. Wir hatten uns so auf einen schönen klein Urlaub gefreut und diese Frau hat alles in eine stress Situation gedreht..
